AIYOU's voice and AI systems are designed with care, but they have real limitations:

• The symptom checker provides possible explanations and suggested next steps based on the information you share. It cannot examine you, run tests, or replace clinical judgement.
• Voice-to-text transcription may misinterpret accents, dialects, background noise, or rare medical terms.
• Multilingual support is broad but not exhaustive; some languages, dialects, or specialist vocabulary may be supported only partially.
• Recommendations are probabilistic and may be incorrect. Always cross-check with a healthcare professional before acting on AI output.

4. Professional care

Doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and labs accessible through AIYOU are independent professionals or organisations licensed in their respective jurisdictions. AIYOU is a platform that connects you with these providers; we are not responsible for the clinical decisions, professional conduct, or treatment outcomes of any provider. Issues relating to specific medical care should be raised directly with the relevant provider and, where appropriate, the relevant medical regulator.

5. Third-party content and links

Our website and app may contain links to third-party websites, content, or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or accuracy of these third parties. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
