1. Parties to these terms

These Terms form a binding contract between you ("you", "user") and:

  • AIYOU Solutions Private Limited — CIN U86201AP2025PTC119893, registered office at Medpolis 801, AMTZ Campus, Pragati Maidan, Visakhapatnam – 530031, Andhra Pradesh, India. The contracting party for users based in India.
  • AIYOU Ltd — UK Company No. 16158977, registered at Flat 36, Brecon House, 22 Taywood Road, UB5 6GU, Northolt, London, United Kingdom. The contracting party for users based in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area.

Together referred to as "AIYOU", "we", "us", or "our".

2. Definitions

  • Services — the AIYOU app, website, voice-based AI, symptom checker, appointment booking, record storage, digital pharmacy, lab booking, and any other features we provide from time to time.
  • Third-Party Provider — any independent doctor, hospital, pharmacy, laboratory, or other healthcare professional accessible through the AIYOU platform.
  • Account — your personal user account on AIYOU.
  • Content — any text, voice, image, file, or other material made available through the Services, whether by you, AIYOU, or a Third-Party Provider.

3. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. By using the Services you confirm that this is the case.

If you are using AIYOU on behalf of a minor or another person who lacks capacity, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you provide all required consents on their behalf.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, hospital, or other entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. The services we provide

AIYOU is a voice-based AI healthcare management platform that offers:

  • A multilingual smart symptom checker.
  • Booking and management of in-person and tele-consultations with verified Third-Party Providers.
  • Secure storage of medical records, prescriptions, and lab reports.
  • Digital pharmacy ordering with delivery via partner pharmacies.
  • Lab test booking through partner laboratories.
  • Health reminders, articles, and educational content.

Clinical care is delivered by independent Third-Party Providers. AIYOU acts as a technology platform connecting you with these providers and is not itself a healthcare provider.

5. Your account

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you create your Account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
  • You must not share your Account with anyone or allow another person to use it.
  • You must notify us immediately at aiyou@aiyousolutions.com of any unauthorised access or security breach.
  • You may close your Account at any time from in-app settings or by contacting support.

6. Your obligations and acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services to give medical advice to other people, or to impersonate a healthcare professional.
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent health information.
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm any healthcare provider or other user.
  • Upload material that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to interfere with the Services.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract data in bulk (scrape) from the Services, except as expressly permitted by law.
  • Bypass or circumvent security, authentication, or rate-limiting controls.
  • Use the Services to violate any law or regulation, including export controls and sanctions.

7. Healthcare disclaimer

AIYOU does not provide medical advice. The symptom checker and other AI tools offer general information and decision-support only. They are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately — 112/108 in India; 999/112 in the UK. See our full Disclaimer for more.

8. Telemedicine compliance

Tele-consultations conducted through AIYOU in India are subject to the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020 issued by the Board of Governors in supersession of the Medical Council of India (now under the National Medical Commission). Tele-consultations in the United Kingdom are subject to the General Medical Council's guidance on remote consultations and to MHRA rules where relevant. The Third-Party Provider remains responsible for clinical decisions; AIYOU provides the underlying technology and connectivity.

9. E-prescriptions and pharmacy

Where a Third-Party Provider issues a prescription through AIYOU, it is delivered to you electronically and tied to your Account via a unique reference. Dispensing of prescription medications is carried out by licensed partner pharmacies in line with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and Rules (India), the Pharmacy Act 1948 (India), and the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 (UK). You must not share prescriptions with others or use them for purposes other than your own care.

10. Third-party providers

Third-Party Providers are independent professionals or organisations licensed in their respective jurisdictions. AIYOU verifies basic credentials where reasonably possible but is not responsible for the clinical decisions, professional conduct, or commercial terms of these providers. Complaints regarding specific medical care should be raised directly with the Third-Party Provider and, where appropriate, the relevant medical or pharmacy regulator.

11. User-generated content

You retain ownership of any Content you upload (for example, symptom descriptions, photos, voice recordings, lab reports). By uploading Content you grant AIYOU a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, transmit, display, and otherwise use that Content solely to operate and improve the Services in line with our Privacy Policy. We use de-identified content for model improvement; we use identifiable health content for that purpose only with your separate, explicit consent.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload the Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.

12. Intellectual property

The AIYOU name, logo, app, website, voice models, source code, design, and all other materials are owned by AIYOU Solutions Private Limited and/or AIYOU Ltd and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. The AIYOU trademark is registered in India under Class 44 (TM 5940213). AIYOU Ltd has filed 5 design patent applications with the UK Design Registry.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial healthcare purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

13. Fees, payments, refunds

The core AIYOU app is offered free of charge. Some services — for example, paid tele-consultations, lab tests, or prescription medications — incur fees charged by the relevant Third-Party Provider. All applicable fees and taxes are shown clearly before you confirm payment.

Payment is processed by licensed third-party payment gateways. AIYOU does not store complete card numbers. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the relevant Third-Party Provider; AIYOU will assist in raising and tracking refund requests but is not itself the merchant for those underlying services. Statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) are not affected.

14. Changes to the services

We may add, change, or remove features, content, or functionality at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give you reasonable advance notice in-app or by email. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept it.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory request.
  • We reasonably believe that doing so is necessary to protect users, providers, the public, or the integrity of the Services.
  • You stop using the Services for an extended period.

On termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply. We will handle your data on termination in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable healthcare record-retention rules.

16. Liability and indemnity

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the paragraph above, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • AIYOU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
  • AIYOU's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid AIYOU in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 5,000 / GBP 50.
  • AIYOU is not liable for the clinical decisions or professional conduct of any Third-Party Provider.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIYOU and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Services.

17. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms (other than payment obligations) that results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, or acts of third parties.

18. Governing law and disputes

For users in India, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 by a sole arbitrator, with the seat at Visakhapatnam and proceedings in English. Subject to arbitration, the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

For users in the United Kingdom and the EEA, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.

19. Notices

We send legal notices to the email address on your Account or via prominent in-app notification. You can send legal notices to AIYOU by email to aiyou@aiyousolutions.com with a copy by registered post to the relevant registered office (see section 1).

20. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and AIYOU on the subject and supersede any prior agreement.
  • Severability — if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • No waiver — failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment — you may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a corporate transaction, on notice to you.
  • Relationship — nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship.
  • Language — the original language of these Terms is English. Translations are for convenience only; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.
